Manik Acorn Hedgehog

Prince Manik Acorn Hedgehog is a wealthy twelve-year old genius, whose specialty is computers and machinery. In particular, he has built a custom Mobian-like cyborg named Sonia, designed to look like his late sister, who passed away from an illness, and has given her self-teaching software, meaning that she can learn things on her own instead of having to have programs loaded into her as is the case with most Cyborgs. Indistinguishable from the real thing, Cyborgs of today are often mistaken with the real thing. He retains his superspeed and ability to preform his Father's attacks and go dark/super.

BEFORE THE TIME WARP
Bratty and obnoxious, Manik managed to annoy just about everyone as a pre-teenager. He is good friends with Skye Prower, as well as the object of a possible crush from Melody Prower. He is also said to have had a crush on Lara-Su, he nevertheless always found ways to make a nuisance of himself. At one point, While his father bickered with Knuckles, Manik tried to fit in with a group of girls that included his sister and Lara-Su, sparking moments of conflict and embarrassment at an all girls sleepover.

AFTER THE TIME WARP
For the most part, Manik is a very reserved and very gentle individual who surrounds himself with machines and computers. Manik does what he can to help his friends whether it be technological help, such as tracking things down or allowing people to make video phone calls, or advice on relationships with cyborgs. Although he is known for being calm and collected most of the time, Manik's attitude completely changes when Sonia (Cyborg) is present. Manik very protective of Sonia and is prone to outbursts whenever she is in trouble. He is also very forgiving, always comforting her on the fact that it is never her fault if something goes wrong. He also now wears a spatial band (Negaband) on his arm that he built with Miles "Tails" Prower to protect himself from any turbulence in time/space, like before.

FUTURE
He becomes king at the age of 38 when his father (Sonic the Hedgehog), and mother (Sally Acorn Hedgehog) pass away to unknown causes. The Cyborg of his sister, Sonia, has since broken and he allowed it to, to let go of the pain of losing his sister.

As king, his attire is the golden crown and red cape the king usually wears, like his father before him, but he wears a black suit with matching dress pants, with a white dress shirt underneath, and a red scarf around his neck. Instead of his sneakers, he wears black dress shoes.
